Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

For the ladies at work: Enjoy!

1 cup Peanut Butter (smooth usually works better)
3/4 cup Butter
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Blend all these together (I use an electric mixer because it's faster) until smooth then add...

2 eggs

Blend. Then add...

1 tsp Baking Soda
2 cups Flour

Slowly add the flour while mixing. Once mixed, add in

1 cup Chocolate chips, or more if you want!

then bake at 375 for 9 minutes.

So after seven months of unemployment, Landon finally got a job! YAY! and it's a good one too which will fit in perfectly with his schooling. He's doing work at Home Depot, and it's right up his alley, although I won't describe it because I won't do it justice. We'll just say he got a job at Home Depot Hurray!

Also, we have fixed up Lilly's room so it is "Lilly's" room now. We painted it pink, got the bookshelves out, got her a bed and just generally made it really cute. Once it's done I'll post photos. The best part? We did it all for almost free. Landon's BFF got him paint super cheap, and everything else we already had or traded etc. Awesome :-D
